to Access ACS Online Giving!
We want to explain a few things before
you get started. You must already have, or sign up for, an account with Access to use this feature.
SIGNING IN:
Signing in as a “Member”
of Capitol
City means that you are currently in our database and your name and email
address will need to match what you have given us. If you get an error message
that says “We were unable to locate a record matching the information you provided.” please call the church office
to verify the name and email address that we have on file for you. You will enjoy
the “full features” of Access.
“Guests” or “Non-Members”
may acquire limited access by setting up an account and will be able to use features like giving online, and event registrations.
* If you are signing up for the first
time, your User Name and Password will be emailed to you. Please type these in
EXACTLY as they were sent to you. Your Password is case sensitive, and your User
Name has no space between your first name and last name. Formal first names are
used.

The "Give Now" image at the bottom
of this page will take you to the Access ACS sign on page. Once you sign in you will be taken directly to the Give Now
feature in Access.
1. From the drop down choices decide
your “Give to” account. Fill in the “Amount” and “Optional
Memo” fields. Check the “recurring” option if you want to make
this a scheduled recurring transaction. Click “Add” to add this transaction.
*You can repeat this step to add additional accounts/amounts to your transaction.

Once you have completed adding all the accounts that you desire to send funds to, click “Give”.

On the next page you’ll need to confirm that your personal information is correct, then choose the “Payment
Type” (more on these below), and enter in the needed account information. Click
“Submit Payment” when you’re done.

You will see a “Gift Successfully Submitted” page, please print this off for your records. You will also receive a receipt by email about your transaction.
PAYMENT TYPES:
1. Visa, Master Card, and
Discover cards are all accepted.
A 2.29% transaction fee will be charged
to Capitol City
if you are using one of these cards as your Payment Type. (Debit Cards will be considered a Credit Card Payment Types
as well.)
* Your contribution to Capitol City will
be less 2.29%, when using this Payment Type.
2. ACH – Electronic
Checks (preferred method).
ACH payments are electronic payments
made through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. ACH payments are simply electronic transfers from one account to
another. These transactions will cost Capitol City .35 cents each.
* Your contribution to Capitol
City will be less .35 cents, when using this Payment Type.
You will be asked to enter your checking
account number and routing number if you choose the ACH Payment Type.
